Who you're dealing with

This service is run by TheUnderground Ai, based in Belgium. Throughout these terms, "we" means TheUnderground Ai and "you" means whoever is logged in to the account.

What the service does

The Underground designs and builds Discord server structures. You describe what you want or pick a template, edit the result, and the bot creates the channels, roles and permissions in a Discord server you control.

To do that, the bot needs to be in your server with permission to manage channels, roles and the server itself. You are giving it that access, and you can remove it at any time by kicking the bot.

Your account

You log in with Discord. We don't hold a password for you — Discord handles that. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Discord account secure.

You need to be old enough to use Discord in your country, which is at least 13 everywhere and higher in some places. If you aren't, you can't use this.

Credits

• Credits pay for work the bot does: AI drafting, building a server, cloning one, generating onboarding.
• Credits are not money and have no cash value. You can't transfer them, sell them or convert them back.
• They don't expire.
• Free credits — the daily claim, the spin, promotional codes — can be changed or stopped at any time. Credits you paid for are covered by the refund policy instead.
• If a build fails through our fault, tell us and we'll put the credits back.

What you may not do

• Use the service to build servers for anything illegal, or anything that breaks Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Try to get credits you didn't earn or pay for — automating the spin, abusing the daily claim with alt accounts, tampering with requests.
• Resell access to the service as if it were yours.
• Attack the service: scraping at volume, probing for holes, trying to reach other people's data.
• Use the AI features to generate content that harasses people or breaks the law.

Break these and we can suspend your account. If you paid for credits you haven't used, we'll refund those unless the breach was fraud against us.

What the bot does to your server

The bot only acts when you tell it to. It shows you exactly what it will create before it does anything, and every build is recorded so you can undo it.

That said: building changes a real server. If you tick "replace everything", channels get deleted. We snapshot the old structure first, but a snapshot restores the structure, not the messages inside it. Messages deleted with a channel are gone. Read the summary before you press build.

AI output

The AI features send your description to an AI provider and use what comes back. That output is a suggestion, not a guarantee. It can be wrong, odd, or not what you meant — which is exactly why you get to edit everything before it goes live.

AI moderation, if you switch it on, judges messages automatically. It will sometimes be wrong in both directions. You remain responsible for moderating your own server.

Uptime

We run this as well as we can, but we don't promise it will always be available. There is no SLA. If the service is down for a long stretch and you have paid credits you can't use, get in touch.

Where we stand if something goes wrong

To the extent the law where you live allows it, we're not liable for indirect losses — lost members, lost revenue, a community that fell apart. What we are responsible for is the money you actually paid us, and we'll refund it where that's fair.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law. If you're in the EU, those rights apply regardless of what this page says.

Changes

We can change these terms. If a change matters — pricing, what we store, what you're allowed to do — we'll say so in the support server before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept it.

Ending it

You can stop whenever you like: kick the bot, stop logging in. Ask us and we'll delete your account data. We can also end it from our side if you break these terms, or if we shut the service down — in which case we'll give notice and refund unused paid credits.
