The short version

If the service took your money and didn't deliver, you get it back. If you changed your mind and haven't used the credits, you get it back. If you've spent them, you've had the thing you paid for.

Credits you haven't used

Ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund unused credits in full, no reason needed. That's the EU right of withdrawal and we apply it to everybody regardless of where they are.

The refund goes back the way it came, to the same card or account, within about 5 working days once we've approved it.

Credits you have used

Spent credits aren't refundable as a rule — the work was done and it cost us to do it. Two exceptions:

• It failed on our side. A build that errored, a draft that never came back, anything that went wrong because of us — we put the credits back. Just tell us.
• It was clearly broken. If a feature didn't do what it plainly says it does, that counts too.

Not covered: the AI understood you differently than you hoped, you built in the wrong server, or you undid a build you meant to keep. That's what the preview, the edit step and the undo button are there for.

Crypto payments

Crypto refunds go back in the same coin, at the value in EUR at the time you paid — not at today's rate. Network fees come off the refund. If the coin has moved a lot in between, that can mean you get back a different amount than you sent. We can't do anything about that; it's how crypto works.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund, and it usually takes longer for you than just asking. We've never refused a fair refund request.

If a chargeback is filed for credits that were already spent, we'll suspend the account until it's sorted.

If we shut down

If this service closes, unused paid credits get refunded. We'll give notice in the support server before that happens.

How to ask

Message [email protected] with your Discord username and roughly when you paid. That's enough for us to find it. You'll hear back within a couple of days.
