Privacy Policy
The short version
We store the least we can get away with: who you are on Discord, how many credits you have, the designs you save, and the settings you choose for your servers. We don't read your messages, we don't sell anything to anyone, and you can have it all deleted by asking.

What we store about you

What we don't store
- Your card details. Payments go through Stripe, PayPal or Coinbase Commerce. We only ever see that a payment succeeded, for how much.
- Your messages. The bot doesn't keep message content. Moderation features read a message, decide, and let it go — nothing is written down except the fact that an action happened.
- Your email or password. Discord handles logging in.
What the bot stores inside your server
When it runs in your Discord server it also keeps operational data: XP totals, warning records, ticket status, invite counts, activity timestamps for inactivity cleanup. That's needed for those features to work at all. Turn a feature off and it stops collecting; kick the bot and it stops entirely.
AI features
When you use an AI feature, what you typed is sent to the AI provider configured for this instance. When AI moderation is on, message content is sent to that provider to be judged. We don't keep either. The provider has its own policy, and their retention is theirs, not ours — worth reading if that matters to you.
Who else sees it
- Discord — unavoidably, since that's where the bot works.
- Your payment provider — only for the payment itself.
- The AI provider — only what you send to an AI feature.
- Nobody else. We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and there are no analytics scripts on this site.
Cookies
One cookie, for your login session. No tracking, no advertising, no third party cookies. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to beyond keeping you logged in.
Your rights
If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR applies. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or hand it over in a portable format. Ask at [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your balance, your saved designs and your build history. Payment records stay as long as accounting rules require, stripped of everything except what those rules demand.
Unhappy with how we handled it? In Belgium you can complain to the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit; elsewhere in the EU, your national data protection authority.
Security
Traffic runs over HTTPS. Sessions are signed. The bot's internal API is not reachable from the internet. We're honest about the limits, though: this is a small service, not a bank. Don't put anything in a channel topic or design name that you'd be upset to see leak.
Children
This isn't for anyone below Discord's own minimum age. If we find out an account belongs to somebody too young, we delete it.
